The bed is beautiful and the kids love it in their new mountains themed room. However the smell from something the used on it is still lingering over a week later. Its been cleaned and the rooms been sprayed, candles burned, air cleaners run etc and it still has a strong chemical scent. Great product at great price

Just... Bring a drill.

This thing is the best bed Ive ever seen for kids. I had no drill and put this together in 9 hours by hand. It H U R T. I could have done this pain-free in 3-4 hours if I had a drill. I HIGHLY recommend the bed, though - its so sturdy and just a real joy! Get a 75 long twin (xl) mattress. Comfortable, and looks nice too.

Amazing bunk bed for sleeping, nerf battles or fight off a zombie invasion!!

First and most important this bed is sturdy! I have owned several bunk beds and most wobble and shake. I tried to shake this bed and it does not budge. This bed it not the easiest to put together because the part fit so tight. This is not a bad thing! I have seen other reviews on ease of assembly some gave a lower rating because if that. Just ask yourself do you want a bed that is really easy to assemble but if your kids sneezes will collapse or one that takes a little time to assemble but would withstand a hurricane? I will pick the bed my kids can play in and enjoy like this one everytime! Instructions where easy to follow. I would recommend 2 people for the install just too make it a little easier. My helper was my 9yo daughter. The bed is a great value for the money. The quality is on par with the $1200-1800 custom beds. Updated: I received the the replacement part needed. Both the seller and manufacturer were amazing getting me the new part. The part arrived very fast with no issues. Some of the best customer service I have ever received! I only had one issue and that was a part where the holes were drilled incorrect. This type of thing happens when dealing with real wood that is milled. I contacted the seller and the manufacturer..... I was nervous because this is a Christmas present! The manufacturer is located in TX and when I called I real life person answered. She was great and got me everything I needed to get the replacement parts. At the same time support for Bison office reached out ready to help get the replacement parts. I am in shock both companies wanted to help. By far some of the best customer support I have received in a long time. If you are looking for a great bunk bed that can handle the brutal nerf battles that are sure to come this is the bed for you! worth every penny

This bed is really nice and sturdy when its put together. It comes with slats for two beds, or you can leave the bottom ones out and have a play area. Instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to assemble the whole thing myself. The only small negative is that its a little tricky to slip an already sleeping child into the top bunk. The bottom rung of our ladder was broken by that very reason, but no worries! I contacted the company through messages to see if I could purchase a replacement, and they immediately shipped out the piece I needed at no cost to me. The bed is great. Customer service was great. Just get it! Easy to assemble, light smell

Its cute but

Its hard to assemble.. a lot of pieces that couldve been more simple youll have to buy new slates they sell them at I hope the bunk bed doesnt get moldy as well.. it would suck seeing that the bunk bed is now 668$ when I spent 800$ a month ago also its 578 at bed bath beyond.. way cheaper with better customer service probably too I expected more. It was a regrettable buy.

Great bed for our boys!

We really love this bed. It seems like it will hold up to our two wild boys and so far it has kept them in their own room most nights because they are happy to sleep in it. The only reason for 1 star off is because something didnt line up when building so we had to do a trim on one of the wood boards so it would fit where is was supposed to. Overall we recommend! my cat love it too,haha

Super cute but had some warped boards and bend screws sent to us

We struggled some with this- some of the dowel rods werent big enough for the holes in the sides which presented a huge problem. We had two boards that were warped so we had to spend extra time trying to get them in place. Also a couple of the screws were bent and we couldnt use them. The after product was worth it though. I cant wait to fix it up with lights and curtains and put glow stars on the ceiling. Instructions were very easy to read and follow and besides the mishaps we had I would have rated 5 stars. Very good Not Perfect

More than expected. Follow instructions.

Loved the quality for the price. Hated the smell. Open box to air out before putting together. My daughter and I slept in it right away bc we were so excited. I was sick but would Def. Purschase again without a doubt. Assembly went smooth after first initial pieces (Like anything you put together). Everything is by hand. No drill. We did however use it towards the end, but you have to go super slow. Overall all worth it! Purchased slide separately (fits perfect). A little steep but it was the highlight of purchase. Felt secure letting her sleep alone for the first time. Perfect height for 4yr old. Took a week to pick out and very satisfied with pick! I most definitely love it
