Arrived in a timely manner. A couple of parts were broken during shipping. Its 127lbs, so I want surprises. I took an inventory of the parts and called their customer service. In and on the box they have the number for their customer service dept. Its very clear how/who to call. They shipped out the replacement parts free shipping/ no hassle. Got it together without a problem. The instructions/pictures were clear. Now Im use to putting furniture together. Took about an hour and a half. Good construction, fits together very well. I have worked in manufacturing in the past. its a great design. Drawers fit perfectly, and have a smooth slide, and dont fall out. Most importantly. my daughter loves it. (Plus she cant push toys under the bed. Lol) I would definitely buy again.
JUST RIGHT!
We purchased this for our grand daughters first big girl bed. Love how its not so tall that she can climb in herself. She likes it. The hardest part of assembly was making sure my husband had the locking cams pointed in the right direction! so beautiful and wonderful

QUALITY FRAME. EASY ASSEMBLY. ONLY REASON FOR 4 STARS IS THE MATRESS BASE BOARD IS PRETTY LIGHT DUTY, MAY NOT HOLD UP IF THE KIDS START JUMPING ON IT WHICH THEIR NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DOING ANYWAY. BUT IF SO WOULD BE EASY TO REPLACES WITH A PIECE OF CDX THEN NO WORRIES. Pretty comfy for the price

This bed was broken upon unpacking, but w/ wood glue paneling tacks, it was brand new in no time / SLEEPS UNUSUALLY WELL! Would buy again. Highly recommend

The drawers are a great space saver
Got these for the grandkids. These beds are HEAVY due to the material used(think screw together furniture). Prime membership paid for just in the free shipping of these 170 pound bed! The drawers are a great space saver. Had one drawer broke but easily repaired. Kids. We also got the matching headboards. Kids love it. Well made and comfy!
