Perfect for my mud room
I bought this for my mud room and I love it! It took a bit to get it constructed, but once completed its a solid piece of that functions well.

Heavy Duty
This piece of is heavy duty and sturdy. More heavy than anticipated, honestly. If needed, Highly recommend two people for moving it. The finish is nice and hardware is firm. I will say that it is smaller than expected or it should be depending on needs and space. It seems short but the dimensions are as described. Would not recommend for big spaces.

I was a little skeptical about buying the hall tree online, but it turned out to be great. It feels like great quality and looks great too.
Pretty great/sturdy unit
Im not gonna lie, I didnt have all that high of hopes for something I had to assemble. I was pretty surprised when I unboxed it. Some of the design choices for assembly were a little peculiar like the flip tension tab things. Otherwise though, its a very nice looking and sturdy seeming piece. I wish it was taller, but honestly most of these are 60/65 so moot
Cute for entryway!
I love this in our entryway! It took my husband(pretty handy) an hour and 20 minutes to put together with the drill. There were about a million pieces! There was an area that was chipped but I will put some white touch up paint on it. Overall , a nice piece of for what I wanted. Keep in mind , this is not a very tall piece.
Sturdy but toxic smell
It was easy to assemble alone and very sturdy. However as soon as I opened the box, the toxic smell was overwhelming. I had a scratchy throat after putting it together and the smell lasted a week strongly. I decided to paint over it with ECOS Anti/formaldehyde paint, three coats and its been good. Waist sized coats fit but longer ones will drag.
Solid piece, great addition to the house
Product took about an hour and a half for me to put together by myself and being handy with tools. With that said, directions were concise, clear and used both images and piece/hardware numbers to keep the process as dummy/proof as possible. The piece is SOLID, well put together and doesnt have even the slightest hint of being a cheap unit. Weve had it in the house now about three months and it doesnt wobble, stands up to being stood on and having a three/year/old jump off it, and the hooks hold anything worth hanging. Very happy with the purchase, and especially liked that I was able to visualize it in the space before purchasing it. Attached are two photos: one of the visualized piece and the other is the actual unit in place. Pretty spot on! Well worth the money and arrived well packaged and no damage whatsoever.
Its short
The downside, as others have noted, is that this hall tree is shorter than I noticed when I bought it. However, its still very cute. I figure the height is okay because I have a little one who is going to be short for a while. Im 55 and can barley see the top of it. Its heavy duty and well made. The bead board backing isnt cheap particle board, its heavy duty, thick board. Overall, totally worth it.

We love this hall tree! My husband is very handy and spent about 2 hours building It while he watched the Euro game, so overall the directions were easy to decipher! As I said hes a very handy person, I know it wouldnt have been easy for me. He said he was impressed with the quality how sturdy it was. We both love the look/ we knew it would be shorter since we ready reviews. Its a great piece and is working well for our family. Plus, its beautiful!
