Took less than 15 minutes to assemble, with no tools needed, as outlined in the instructions. For a 400 couch, its aming. Definitely not intended for long periods of use, based on the comfort level. But for a person who needs fast and affordable furniture, and plans on using it less than two hours a day, this is for you. Color is a blueish gray. It definitely will not fit three men comfortably, side/by/side, but will work for any other combination of guests. But so far, Im a happy buyer!

LUCKY THEY HAVE ZIPPERS SO YOU CAN ADD EXTRA PADDING, I BOUGHT 3 FOAM PADDING AND CUT IT TO SIZE AND PUT IT IN ALONG WITH THE STUFFING THAT COMES WITH THE PILLOWS. TURNED OUT AMING!! Nothing negative to say. a great value.

Sofa arrived on time. I contacted the Customer Support Team because one of the parts arrived with a small defect. They were very responsive, and sent a replacement for that part immediately. I am happy with the sofa and happy with the service.
