Bought this trampoline back in May and found the setup to be a breeze. Unfortunately, a strong wind ripped the net while it was left outside. However, I can't praise the customer service enough—they were absolutely fantastic! Additionally, I learned a valuable lesson on how to prevent future mishaps by easily removing the net. The trampoline is incredibly well-made and has the stamp of approval from both parents and kids alike.

So far, we're really impressed with this trampoline after using it for 2 month. It's sturdy, safe, and looks fantastic in our yard. The only slight challenge we had was installing the poles with the foam, but apart from that, everything else was a breeze.
