Shipping was very short. I was supposed to schedule a delivery date with Saia but they never called me back and just scheduled a delivery without notification. Part of the order was damaged during delivery but Scott with Dreamscape was extremely helpful and willing to help me out in whatever way was best for me. The bunk bed itself is really nice and all the storage space is great!
