During shipping one of the parts went missing. Customer service was super friendly and fast at replacing it for me. Assembly was easy and I really like that I was able to have 2 heights to choose from. The frame is very sturdy. I will definitely order products from in the future. Ive already recommended them to a few friends. Easy to fix.
