I was having trouble with springs breaking on my rectangular trampoline, which is about 3 years old. At first, a spring broke every month or so, then they started breaking every day or so. I was replacing the springs with s springs. I emailed customer service, and they suggested that I replace all of the springs at once, since, at this point, some were new and some were old. I did this 3 weeks ago, and I havent needed to replace a spring yet. Customer service responded within a day or two.
