Quality product. Customer service phone would be nice
I put a 3/star because they sent me 7 out of 8 of the correct pieces for the support poles that hold the safety net. When I went to reach out to their support I discovered that they have no phone number or email listed on their site. They only have a form that you fill out, which I did 3 days ago and havent heard back. They also dont list their address on their site, so Im starting to get worried that they are located in another country. Other than issues with their support, the product seems to be decent quality. I was able to drill a new hole in the incorrect piece to make it work, but it would have been unnecessary had they sent the correct one in the first place. At this point it would be nice if they acknowledged the problem and at least get back to me about it. I also discovered that their paper instructions differ quite a bit from the video instructions they have on youtube. This caused a headache because I had to go back and re/do a section because the instructions were in a different order
UPDATE: I did hear back from their support a couple days later and they sent me a replacement. As of writing this its been several months and me and my son have given it weekly use. It is starting to sag a little in the middle, but Ive researched ways to tighten the threads and will likely wait till after winter to try. Upgrading to 4 stars Quality product.
