I needed a platform bed to store my large capacity drawer underneath. I assembled this by myself very easily and in about 45 minutes. It appears sturdy. To accommodate the drawer under I did have to move one of the supports under the center beam closer to the head of the bed, and not install the one at all at foot of bed. Seems to be holding up just fine in the 3 or so weeks I have had it. Delivery instructions were not followed making it difficult for me to get box into house. Box was pretty mangled I was hesitant to open it due to the possibility of damage. But I spoke with the rep at and they agreed that if the product was damaged they would send me two empty boxes to return the product since I never wouldve been able to repackage it the way they did so compactly. Was not damaged as was packed with good protection. All required hardware and tools included, easy picture instructions. Very happy with it
