Missing Part and Apparently not replaceable. Otherwise would have been perfect.
Overall this seems like a decent bed for the price and its rare to find a full over full bunk bed. However, the bed arrived missing a critical piece, the top bunk headboard. I spoke to customer service and followed the process to get a replacement part. In the meantime my spouse built the bed minus the part as the bottom is usable. Was just informed by customer service three days later that they do no supply that specific replacement part and we are thus out of luck. Buyer beware if you order the bed and parts are missing or damaged. This would have been the perfect solution for our small space. So disappointed.
