Screws come loose regularly. Poor customer service when requesting replacement part.
Chairs are nice looking but not very sturdy. Screws attaching chair with legs keep coming loose and eventually did not even tighten. When contacting customer service for a few replacement screws, they told me to go to my local store LOL.
