Solid furniture , looks nice, takes time to put together but worth it

It took me alone to put it together in 4 hours. Definetely it would have been faster if 2 were together. This is not a project for those without patience and experience building things that require hand work and experience with keeping things square. I find it easier to get gravity to help instead of fight with me. By that I mean setting the parts at such a position so that gravity is not forcing the part away from the position I need it to stay naturally so that I can verify the square positioning before inserting screws. The drawers came with wood sliding brackets instead of the metal one shown on the photos for the listing. I like either one so it was not an issue for me. The footing and back mounting plate are very solid. Once the back covers are nailed in place the whole piece feels sturdy and sold with no oscilation when wiggling it around. I had a small issue with a drawer side panel cracked in shipping. I went on their web site and in 5 min I could request the replacement piece after placing the order details. This is made of solid pine wood and it is made in the south of Brazil where there are lots of tree forests growing year around. This is more sustainable than compressed cardboard furniture items you see for even higher price. I like how the pieces are screwed together on the edges after fixing them using double wooden dowels, making them much stronger and lasting than other brands from scandinavia with turning fittings to grab the head of screws. I am very happy with the result. As a side benefit it holds the same amount of clothing I had in a 8 drawer chest while its weight is half of the old piece. It is much easier to move around. I like the legs raising it above the ground to allow for easy dusting and the adjustable center leg to keep it well balanced for a long life.
