Let me start this off by saying i have been impressed by this night stand. I have tried many in the past and plenty at this price range. When i saw the reviews though i figured I'd give it a shot and I haven't regreated it. Assembly was pretty straight forward, all the pieces fit together perfectly (with a little bit of pursuation) and it looks impressive with the legs. With that said there are a couple things that i didnt like. The drawers are not on sliders so it's a wood on wood scrap. The screws holding the legs on are short and if the stand is pushed with too much force in the wrong directin then the screws will rip out. And the vinyl stripping on the composite wood of the drawers comes off too easily. I was still assembling the drawers when the stripping came off and i had to iron them back on.
All in all though it is a good stand for the price and if you are using it with a bed on a platform frame it is perfect. If using with a frame and box then it will be too low to be an effective stand (in my opinion.)
