The couch arrived early in 4 boxes total and everything arrived at the same time. Definitely purchase your own washers, I did like another reviewer suggested (Everbilt brand at Home Depot) and they were perfect. I do wish the couch was deeper but thats my only complaint. It is a firm couch, Im sure it will soften up a little bit over time but I prefer firmer couches anyway. If you are on a budget this is a great buy. If youre worried about kids, spot cleaning works and drool doesnt leave any permanent spots. Sturdy.
