I bought this to do some cushioned walking / jogging / bouncing while watching TV . Its easy to get on and off with the hand bar and the Bounciness is Excellent . I get Alexa to time and Schedule my workouts which works great ! The only thing I would change is to get one a 12 smaller just to reduce its footprint I am Very Satisfied ! Simple to put together.
