I love this bed so much and so does my daughter. She has wanted a bed with a slide for a while, so we splurged for her bday. For reference, she is 8. The box came and was very well wrapped in protective materials. You can tell this bed is very well made and is definitely real wood. I did not want to buy something made with pressed wood when looking for a bed for my daughter. I had another person build this with me and it does take some time to put together, but that is to be expected. I am really happy with this purchase!!! Very easy to set up!
