The slide is a little steep and it stinks for the first couple days, our daughter loves her bed.
We liked that it gives our daughter a place to put some of her toys and have a little hang out area. It did have a paint smell for a few days and the slide is not only steep it has a part that sticks out a the very end and it hard on her feet if we are not there to catch her. We do like this bed overall and we put one of the memory foam type mattresses on it and it has not been an issue for us. Works great!
