Bed arrived on time and delivery company was very helpful and updated us through the whole shipment. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the bed. Item arrived in a tore up box. I have included pictures of the box and now it arrived. This was the box of the headboard and I have also included pictures of how the frame was damaged. It had a couple of black tracks and mind you this is velvet so it will be extremely difficult to get off. One part of it was scratched that was not deep enough to tear the fabric all the way through but has left its marks.
Way to much of a headache to return or do an exchange. Probably would not recommend it to anyone. Bed overall is beautiful and sturdy.
