Not so easy to assemble as claimed.

First off, there was no assembly guide. Just one sheet instructing you to use a rubber mallet to ensure each Wooden bar was pounded securely in place. I looked everywhere through the box and within and around the plastic/wrapped bars to make sure I hadnt overlooked a guide. There wasnt one. There is **no** indication anywhere on the product page that the seller will email you a Youtube/specific video guide to putting the frame together, so I did not realize that was a thing until the following morning, after I had finally assembled the frame. I did realize that there was a picture of the assembled frame on the outside of the shipping box, which served well enough to indicate how each piece fit together. But I spent an unreasonable amount of time looking for the nonexistent assembly guide and wondering why on earth one had not been included. (The sellers need to clearly specify on the product page that there is no manual included in the shipment and that buyers will instead receive a link to a video at some point of the sellers choosing. There is no excuse for not doing this). Using that picture, I got the frame assembled, but it definitely would have been a faster and easier project with a buddy to help. Some of the bars fit smoothly into place, whereas others had to be forced in with the help of said mallet. Notably, the sections that fit together without force, easily came apart. It was not possible to fit them together securely enough to ensure that they would not come loose / moving to the next section of the frame often resulted in a previous section sliding apart. This almost certainly was the issue of not having a second pair of hands to help hold finished sections in place while working on the next part / so do try to make sure you have someone to help put it together, and also do not count on the mallet (or a cloth/wrapped hammer) fixing the railing into place such that it wont come loose. So. It was not a difficult project, but it took a while to complete, since I was constantly having to re/assemble bars that kept coming loose. Once the frame was finally set up and in place on the floor, it proved stable enough to do its job. I do NOT think that the rails which actually hold the mattress are very secure.if I were to remove the mattress and fiddle with the frame, I fully expect that several of those rails would pop loose. However, with the weight of the mattress in place that doesnt seem to be an issue. The frame does not shift and move about and as far as I can tell is as stable as it needs to be. So in the end, the frame does what it is supposed to do, but it was frustrating to put together, and nowhere near as satisfyingly assembled as a bed frame should be. I would not recommend this frame at all. I wont buy from this company ever again.
