The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Nice bed and no wobble when my son climbs in . Very sturdy and solid materials. ATTENTION- you will need a light cordless drill . Some bolts are long with tension with Allen wrench only . Will cut your building time double in half.
