    You get what you pay for

    My item arrived missing a tab to insert the suction to hold the glass. asked if I would like to keep the item as is for 20% off. I explained to the person the table isnt fuctional and has no value as is, let alone 80% value. They offered a replacement item and requested I ship the initial item back to them. I disassembled the item, hauled it to Fedex and shipped it back. Upon notifying them the item was in transit I asked if they would provide me any discount for my troubles and expedite my replacement item. They said we can only provide one resolution per issue and you chose to replace the item and denied both requests.
