We received the table and chairs to assemble within a reasonable time. It took us longer than other reviews said to put together though because some of the precut holes didnt align and we had Gerry rig it ourselves. We got it almost all done when we realized that the legs were the wrong ones, too short and once we double checked the box we saw it had a different part number. Reached out to the company and didnt hear back via email, called a spoke to a representative. She was professional and willing to help resolve. The problem came in when she told me the new legs would arrive in 10 days. I asked if they could expedite it as I had half a table put together in my basement and I needed it for some company coming, thats the whole reason I bought the set in the first place. I was told that I would have to pay for the expedited shipping.uh.NO! When the issue was a result of their error, I was pretty mad (putting that kindly). They wouldnt budge on their stance and after paying 600 I wasnt too happy, but couldnt return the set bc it would have been a pain to disassemble and send back. Plus Im thinking they would have insisted I pay the return shipping charges.NOT! Bottom lineit is a decent enough set, a little difficult to assemble but the customer service stinks if there is a problem! what I needed.
