This is a big delivery so if you can get it delivered right to your garage or inside your house then only order it. From there you open it right there and take all pieces inside / Or build on your own and take it inside. The table top is one big heavy wooden piece. I am 62 / 230 pounds strong person and could take it inside. Well this piece of furniture is study after you put it together. I would advice you use some power tools to ease your work. But a simple screw driver with proper head would do the job. I also ordered the round carpet under it from and the area looks impressive cause of this table. Chairs and table are nice and tall and very comfortable for me and my tall son. Gives an impression of a bar chair. I would advice if you are looking for a small size dinning table set then this is the one It works.
