l got the desk and found I was missing one of the small packages of hardware. Everything else was fine.
I contacted the dealer via email and told them my problem. In less than 24 hours they responded. I emailed them a picture from the assembly manual to show what I was missing. They told me it could be up 10 days before I got the parts. It didnt take that long and I got the parts and finished putting the desk together. Would highly recommend.. Good product AND good service!
