We loved my wifes white Cityscape so much, I sold another well known brand of ebike that I had bought for myself and I just got a Cityscape myself.
No issues with delivery, one small broken part (front light), that they replaced promptly and gave me 35 is credit for an accessory of theirs. I got their bike rack panier which fits perfectly.
The bikes are made of steel, so a tad on the heavier side (but sturdy for the 20mph+ speed they reach), but other than that just as good as good as my 2K+ Ebike I got rid of
