It should come with a sign saying You must be THIS tall to ride
I have had it for a couple months and have put almost 600 miles on it so I think this is a fair review.
The bad/
It is a HUGE bike and is a little difficult to get on and off. Im 510 and in my 50s so I need a curb to get on/off.
Thats the 1 thing I dont enjoy about this bike.
Now the good stuff/
/ I use it to commute 9+ miles round trip to work and back every day.
/ It goes up to 27mph where I ride. Remember to adjust your brakes! Youll need them.
/ It is super sturdy. I am not worried that any part of this thing will break off or be damaged by any carelessness on my part.
/ Battery life is pretty good using throttle only but using pedal assist 2 almost triples the battery life! I weigh 286lbs and I can get 35+ miles on PAS2.
/ Charging after my 9+ mile ride takes about 90 min or so.
/ Big fat tires (and a cruising saddle) make riding a pretty comfortable experience. The front forks would bottom out so I locked them and never looked back. No more THUNK when going over obstacles.
/The headlight is bright, the taillight is very visible the horn is loud enough.
Overall this is a great e/bike. There is a learning curve though. Learning to shift through your PAS levels and adjust the shifter accordingly takes a few rides. Take some time in an empty parking lot or a field at a park to get the feel for it. If you practice just a little bit you wont go zipping out in to traffic like I did.
