Very fast delivery and assembly. Right out it was perfect for my Mexico adventure. Fat tires for cobble stone streets. I get 35 miles when I peddle.
Had a situation where some one tried to steal my bike. He busted the head lamp in process. When I contacted support and requested a new lamp they quickly responded and sent me one no invoice. Nice to have good support.
