Initial feeling great product, but product some damage in shipping. Great customer support!
Back lights mounting plate and back fender bend. I pulled the light to straighten it up which caused the welding point snap. Fender is not centered either and lower right/hand side screw lost threats. All this probably because of inadequate packaging. Runs smooth and first meters of rides feels nice and motor strong. I will re/check review after more experience and when I how they compensate the damage.
UPDATE: Front suspenssion stopped working too after 2 days of use. They resolved my concerns promptly, well done! Overall good feeling, perhaps this specific unit had too much damage in shipping causing all failures. Product feels solid.
