I purchased two model for my wife and I. The smaller frame was perfect for my wife with enough adjustment for me. I contacted customer service about replacement disc pads to have on hand if and when the original ones need replacement. They replied ASAP with a link where they could be purchased. The bike works great in our neighborhood with all the hill back in a canyon. So Im very satisfied with the bike and their customer service.
