Very comfortable and the right amount of support/softness
I let it rise for 24 hours even though it recommended 48 and it still raised to its full 12 like it was supposed to and works great. It really comfortable to sleep on and has helped a lot with minor back pain problems from our old mattress with springs. I know someone who has this same mattress and has had it for 3 years and it still has its shape and form which is why I bought it also.
