I read a few negative reviews but went ahead and purchased it anyway and I have to say Im so glad I did! I only receive it yesterday so I will have to submit an updated review in a few moths. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes for my boyfriend and I to build. They included a ratcheting Allen wrench which Ive never seen before. It was so helpful that it cut down the build time by half I would say. There is a video on YouTube of how to build it from the company which also really helped. There is a velvety lining on the middle metal strip to reduce noise and velcro on the slats so they stay on the frame without shifting. They also included double sided tape that you can sit your mattress on to ensure it doesnt slip off. We didnt use it but its good to know its there just in case. Since building it I havent heard a squeak or a creak at all. The whole thing feels extremely sturdy. And the best part is its a very aesthetic minimalistic frame that elevates the feel of the room. I do highly recommend if thats the look and feel youre going for.
