This was a very frustrating purchase. The only positive thing was the representative, Jodi, who resolved my problem with a credit within 2 minutes. She was pleasant, polite, understanding, and very efficient.
Now, about the mattress.
We ordered the mattress for our vacation home in Florida. The mattress arrived in a timely manner and we opened it the day after receiving it. Upon opening it we found a black smudge on a corner and multiple string pulls. We waited for 3 days, as recommended, but it never decompressed fully. I called the manufacturer, , and was told to wait for 7-10 days. Still wasnt fully decompressed even after 10 days.
We returned to our home in Maryland and contacted again. Via email. They gave me a list of necessary information and specific pictures to send them. I sent it all except the date of manufacture on the tag attached to the mattress. I Couldnt send that to them until we returned to Florida.
We returned. The mattress is still not fully decompressed after 4 weeks, (last two pictures ). I sent the picture to them and the same person who I had corresponded with in over 5-6 emails sends me a notification that because we had purchased the mattress through that I should contact . Really??? Then why all the back and forth emails? Why all the pictures?
In the meanwhile, weve been sleeping on the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress weve ever owned. Restless nights and I wake up EVERY morning with a sore neck and shoulders. The pain goes away after several hours and Ibuprofen. It was advertised as medium/firm. Nope!!! More like firm /extra firm.
