When I first got the chair to recline, it wouldnt click back upright so I thought it was broken. I quickly figured out though the trick is to lay it all the way flat then put it back up. So dont worry if your chair doesnt seem to be clicking back upright, it is not broken!! If laying it flat doesnt seem to do the trick, remove the second layer cushion to push down while lifting the back side (see the product video). The seat has great support and is very comfortable.I like to spread out on on the floor to study/ read/ hang out and this seat is perfect. It does fold up well, but keep in mind, even folded needs a moderate space for storage. I like having the arm rests and the little pillow. Nice material too, I got the grey and like the color (though i put a folded sheet on the cushion to preserve it longer in a household of boys) Overall, great value for the price.
