When this order came, unfortunately, the holes drilled on one side of the headboard did not match up with the holes in the legs. I contacted , showed them a picture of the misalignment and they shipped me a whole new bed. Plus I didnt have to return the previous bed. Great customer service and communication. The bed itself is well made, very sturdy and I only used my mattress instead of both a mattress and box spring. I would definitely buy from this company again!
