Flip up Lid needs to be set against wall or it may stress hinges and crack mounting points.
I dislike the hinges and the lack of a lid stop brackett/chain. The lid opens all the way back and stresses the hinges and has caused a crack in the mounting point. Works well against a wall where the lid will rest against wall. We use it for tooth brushes and bathroom items. Low profile storage that keeps personal items out of view of guests.
