Its perfect for or needs at the moment. It did take 3½ hours to assemble and you will need two people it fid come with the Allen wrench needed but you will also ned a Phillips screwdriver to complete the build. The kids love the bed it seems sturdy for now we will see how well it holds up. Great Buy
