The chairs swivel and rock great. Very sturdy product. The back cushion could be slightly thicker, but quite nice. The best part is the customer service, Emma was outstanding and very responsive. I had a couple issues with the base of one of the chairs and she addressed it right away. Just make sure you look at the metal base. I had some issues with quality, but they resolved right away! I will always support a company with aming customer service.
