Pros: incredibly easy to assemble (took me probably 15 minutes, no tools required). Gray color is true to the picture. Cushion fabric has held up to multiple cleanings with the upholstery cleaner. The chaise lounge/foot rest is really useful. The dimensions in the description were accurate and its perfect for my little living room.
Cons: it looks and feels like a cheap couch. The back cushions are lumpy and need to be rotated/fluffed weekly, and the cushions you sit on are still very firm. I personally like the firmness, but everyone else whos sat on the couch thinks its too firm. The corners of the back piece were torn on arrival (so I glued them down). The cushion for the chaise lounge does not completely velcro to the ottoman and looks a little silly because kind of sticks up.
Overall, Im happy with this sofa. I needed a small, neutral colored couch that could be delivered to my house, and this fit the bill.
However, I think its important for prospective buyers to know what they are getting: a budget couch. One person job.
