Okay, this chair is aming. Let me start off by saying that. I love it so much and it wasnt difficult to put together.
Now I had it for a month before the ball bearings started coming out of the swivel.
I was holding on hoping more wouldnt come out and lo and beholdthe entire chair fell off the base and now I have two parts of a whole that I have to replace myself.
I tried to return it and get a replacement because like I said, I love this chair, but the shipping date kept changing! Like literally every two days Id get a notice saying the date had been pushed back.
Because I love the damn chair so much, I was waiting for the replacement to come before I sent back the broken one and was informed that the date to return it had passed so I got neither the satisfaction of a new, comfy chair or decent customer service. Its ok though, when you buy this chair know that you will love it, just prepare for manufacturing errors to pop up and plan accordingly.
