I received the chairs within a few days but realized that the color did not work for the space intended. Also, the upholstery is quite plastic looking. My request to return was approved as self pay. I checked with DLH, FEDEX, UPS and even the post office and the lowest quote I got was 680 to ship the two chairs back. This company knows that people wont spend more on shipping than what they paid for the chairs in the first place.
