Very easy to assemble. Boots were identified and numbered individually. I put it together myself in about two hours. Very sturdy and perfect for the kids. Hardest part was the table top. The only thing I would change is too make it a little easier to change the table top down into the bed. But the bolting was difficult especially for one person to do it alone. But very satisfied and happy. Yes it did cover in three boxes but they all arrived at the same time. Best quality product
