Cute bed but buyer beware / shipping delays and sketchy communication from seller
The bed is cute and is a nice fit in small spaces. It definitely isnt made of high end materials, but at the price point I was aware of that going into it. It seems good enough for a young kid to enjoy for a few years, and my 6YO loves it despite that it took 3 months to arrive. Assembly isnt bad if you take a parts inventory and are organized. Table to bottom bunk conversion isnt as easy as I wish it were, but its doable. I had issues with shipment and manufacturing delays. It is almost (if not entirely) impossible to communicate with the company despite their urging that you contact them using their direct phone number. I had to initiate an claim which did seem to get sellers attention. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
