Perfect for first floor apartment living. Use to take trash to complexs bins, to take recyclables to designated spot, to pick up package deliveries that are kept at other end of my complex, to haul groceries, goods, whatever to car back. Easy to fold up - fits easily into my car or by my front door taking up no more room than an umbrella stand. Not that we use umbrella stands in New Mexico. Love that theres pockets to use for mail papers and drink storage for iced tea. Beats the heck out of carrying stuff in multiple trips. My elderly body is very appreciative!
