We live in an apartment and the cart is super helpful bringing groceries and supplies from the car to the apartment. Really sturdy and I love the pouches heavy duty liner. My one suggestion for improvement is to lengthen the cinch strap by another inch or so as it is sometimes a struggle to close it enough to thread the strap in order to cinch it to begin with.
