These are very easy to put together without directions. I absolutely love the barstools, but they were not very sturdy when I receive them. I tried tightening the screws, taking them apart, and putting them back together. Nothing worked. customer service was very understanding and accommodating my situation. The barstools are absolutely gorgeous, just wish they didnt rock back/and/forth as much as they do/ but one of the legs is slightly shorter than the other on one stool. Not a major issue, can be filled with a furniture felt pad.
