Bought this about a week ago for my nursery. Its an awesome chair for the price! The massage is a vibration and can be noisy at times. The heat feature is similar to seat warmers on the car. It warms up nicely. I dont think the footrest is hard to put down. My only real issue is that when trying to push the headrest back to recline, it doesnt stay in place. You really do have to keep a lot of pressure on it to keep it reclined. But everything else is great / the cup holders, pockets! Its the perfect size for me and our nursery. Compact but very comfortable. I looked at other chairs that were 500+ and no extra features (no cup holders). For the money, this is perfect! My husband and I had it out of the box and set up in about 10/15 minutes. Super simple assembly. Super.
