The package has hole due to shipping but it didnt effect the stools. It came all wrapped. Installation is so easy, 0 handyman skill is needed. It looks great and match my new kitchen. One if them is wobbly, I still dont know how to fix it. I just wish Its 1.5 inches shorter like my old stools. It is just my preference. Its not comfortable to work anymore my laptop sits too low. But not returning cause I can use laptop stand for it. The seat is quite comfortable, Id say 7 if 10 is the most comfortable. Hopefully the seat wont wrinkle or damage easily. Time will tell. Ill update in the future. Its a good product
