The chair is exactly what I had seen in the Home Store, except about 500 cheaper. The grey color one was in stock, on Sale for 1100.00 in the store. To order the brown, which I wanted, was over 100 more. On line at , it was on sale for 799. with tax included was 745. So, it pays to shop around. It was delivered when it said it would be. I put it together by myself. Just look for the paperwork in the pocket of the chair, I had to hunt around for it.
The chair is comfortable and it will recline almost horizontal. The lift will pretty much stand you straight up. The motor is very quiet. My only complaint is the footrest needs to go up a little higher, especially when it is fully reclined. But, overall I am very pleased with the chair. Simple and does the job.
