Absolute quality. One way to tell is that there are no loose threads, and no unexpected wrinkles. Firm but not too firm. Good quality fabric, and very well stuffed and padded. The independent motors to control the back and leg separately is wonderful and allows for a lot more positions. Made in Vietnam. I Love it.
